Agnès Koetsier (1968), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. She specialises in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and joint venture transactions representing foreign investors in France. She also has broad expertise in corporate law disputes (takeovers and shareholders' disputes) and international trade disputes (international sales and services, conflicts of law, contracts, and liability). She has worked in the Paris office since 1996 and worked in the Amsterdam office in 2005 and 2006. She is a member of the Paris Bar.
