Marc C.W. Klerks (1965), tax lawyer, advises clients on all areas of taxation of corporates. His practice mainly involves structured finance, private equity and real estate fund formation, as well as private equity and corporate M&A transactions. He was based in our New York office from 1995 through 1998 and was tax partner in the London office from 2000 through to 2006. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers, IFA, and IBA.
