Sandrine Kinart is an attorney in the Commercial Law department. She specialises in (international) commercial law, and in distribution law and intellectual property law in particular. Sandrine has notably gained broad experience in the field of market practices, advertising and trade mark law, and leads the Marketing Law Team of the Brussels office in this capacity.

Sandrine’s practice comprises not only legal advice and contract drafting, but also legal representation in court in the event of a dispute.

Sandrine is a member of the BMMA (Belgian Management & Marketing Association) and of the IDI (International Distribution Institute).

Sandrine is a speaker at various seminars concerning market practices and trade mark law.

She is a member of the Brussels bar.
