Sabine Kerkhof, (1977) attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. She specialises in providing corporate and transactional advice to a wide variety of business organisations, including banks and financial institutions, joint ventures, venture capital firms, manufacturers and professional service corporations. The services that she provides them with include formation and structuring advice, including advice on general corporate and asset finance transactions. She advises on Dutch law and on matters relating to the Netherlands Antilles and Aruban corporate law.
