Paul Kerckhoffs (1959), civil law notary, is a member of the Real Estate practice group. He specialises in real estate law, particularly in project development, acquisition/restructuring of real estate portfolios of institutional and other investors and financing/leasing structures. He has broad experience in city development, public-private joint ventures, tenders and formation of (real estate) funds. His clients include (institutional) investors, developers, construction companies, banks, housing associations and municipalities.

Paul lectures in real estate law at the Dutch Association of Project Development Companies (Neprom) and is a frequent speaker at specialised, real estate-driven seminars.
