Etienne Kairis, attorney, is a member of the Commercial Law department. He also leads the Automotive Team of the Brussels office. He specialises in international commercial law, and in distribution and intellectual property law in particular. He advises manufacturers and importers of consumer goods (motor vehicles in particular) and represents them in court, with respect to the organisation, management and restructuring of their distribution networks in Belgium. Etienne also has gained broad experience in devising national and international strategies for intellectual property protection (notably trade mark protection).

Etienne has authored several publications on commercial law and is regularly a speaker at seminars concerning this field.

Etienne is a member of the Brussels bar.
