Grégoire Jakhian (1963), attorney, is the head of the Corporate law and M&A practice group in Brussels. He advises clients both in Belgium and internationally on mergers, acquisitions, reorganisation and stock market transactions (in various fields of industry). He has also developed a well-established practice in litigation and aircraft finance.
Grégoire is assistant professor at the Law School of the Université Libre de Bruxelles, specialising in corporate and finance law. He is a member of the Brussels and New York Bars. He is the author of books and several publications and is active in international professional organisations.
