Kees Hooft (1973), attorney, is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group. He specialises in financing transactions and has experience in acquisition finance, corporate finance, asset finance, structured finance and Islamic finance. He is a core member of the Islamic Finance team as well as a member of the Russian Desk.
