Raymond F. Hofstede (1978), attorney at law, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He advises private companies and (financial) institutions on corporate law, particularly regarding the structuring of cross-border transactions, corporate governance, joint ventures, private equity and investment management. His focus is on investments in and from Asia. He previously worked in the Technology, Media and Litigation practice group where he acquired a broad experience in advising on the legal aspects of commercial contracts as well as civil and corporate litigation.

Raymond is a member of the Dutch Bar Association, the Law Society of Singapore, and the Association of Dutch Businessmen in Singapore (ADB).
