Mariëlle J.A.H. Hoefnagels-Eekelaar (1965), tax lawyer, is a member of the International Tax practice group. She specialises in providing Dutch tax advice on a wide variety of international transactions, including structuring of joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and other transactions involving cross-border tax planning and tax rulings in the Netherlands. She has broad experience in international joint ventures, international structuring for corporations in Indonesia, Singapore, Italy and South Africa and in Latin-American investments.
