Sander Hekscher (1977), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in advising national and international companies on company taxation, in particular, merger and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and structured finance transactions. He also has experience in fund formation and securitisation/repackaging transactions. He worked in the London office from 2005 through 2008.

Sander is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
