Pjotr J.B. Heemskerk (1977), attorney, is a member of the Technology, Media and Litigation practice group. He specialises in advising and litigating with respect to the legal aspects of commercial contracts (including distribution, franchising and agency contracts), intellectual property rights (including trademarks, tradenames, domain names, patents and copyrights), licenses and general terms and conditions (drafting, reviewing and implementation thereof). He has broad experience in a full range of cases in the aforementioned areas.

Pjotr is a member of the Intellectual Property Association, the Copyright Association and the Association for Insurance Knowledge.
