Bas van Halder (1981), attorney-at-law, is a member of the Banking and Finance and Corporate practice groups. He has extensive experience in securitisations, structured finance transactions, project finance, corporate law and insolvency law. Furthermore, he focuses on investment management and fund formation, from a manager's as well as an investor's perspective. He has experience advising clients on structured transactions that are Japan-oriented as well as those for other Asian countries.

Bas is a member of the Amsterdam Bar Association, in the Netherlands, and is registered as Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi (Registered Foreign Lawyer in Japan - Dutch law) with the Daiichi Tokyo Bengoshi Bar Association. He is furthermore a member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association.
