Wim J.G. Hagens (1960), tax lawyer, is a member of the Tax practice group. He specialises in the area of corporate tax, mergers, acquisitions, demergers and transfer pricing. He also advises Dutch subsidiaries of foreign concerns. In addition, he is engaged in the structuring of national and international property.
Wim is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Vereniging voor Vastgoed Fiscalisten (Association of Real Estate Tax Advisors).
