Anne Gubbels is a member of Loyens’ Corporate Law and M&A Practice Group in Brussels. She specialises in business restructurings (formations, mergers, divisions, transfer and dissolution of businesses), and in particular in cross-border activities (relocation of a business’ head office abroad, cross-border mergers and European companies).

Anne has published various articles on this subject in professional journals.
