Willem Gerbers (1972), deputy civil-law notary, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He specialises in advising on national and international structures and on reorganisations, also within the framework of different tax regimes. He also advises on - among others - (international) (legal) mergers and splittings. He worked in the Paris office for 2 years (2003 - 2004). He was also head of legal for Central Europe at a French listed real estate company in Vienna and Paris for 2.5 years.
 
Willem is a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil Law Notaries.
