Vanessa Freed, lawyer since 1997, acquired three years of corporate finance experience within the Banking & Finance Department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg and has been appointed in November 2006 as Professional Support Lawyer within the recently created Know-How Department.

Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in 2003, she worked for four years in international business law firms, based in Paris and London, specialising in corporate and commercial law.

Vanessa was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001.
