Frédéric Franckx (1978) is a senior associate and joined the corporate department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in 2007. He specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions. He advised major international companies on the structuring of international transactions, corporate reorganisations and the financing or re-financing of groups of companies.

He was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2001. Before joining Loyens & Loeff in Luxembourg, Frédéric has worked for 5 years in the Corporate & Finance department of one of the Belgium’s largest full-service law firms in Brussels.
