Gaëlle Felly, attorney at law, is a senior associate with extensive experience in international tax law with focus on private equity deals, merger and acquisitions, IPOs, debt buy back structures and tax restructuring for multinational Groups including securitisation/funds transactions.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Gaëlle, worked for some years in a Luxembourg law firm. She previously acquired experiences for several years in a Big Four company (or in a well-known and established tax firm).
She is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar and is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
Gaëlle has been a speaker at the International Bar Association (IBA) and published Luxembourg national reports for the IBA two years in a row. She is co-author of the Luxembourg National Report for IFA Paris Congress 2011 “Key practical issue to eliminate double taxation of business income”.
