Sophie van Engelen (1980), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. She specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. In addition, she assists and structures management buyouts, leveraged buyouts and private equity transactions. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff N.V., Sophie worked at a middle-sized law firm where she – inter alia – practiced insolvency law and employment law.
