Diane Ectors is a counsel, specialised in Belgian and international tax. Since several years, she takes a great deal of interest in problems relating to international mobility of directors and company managers, remuneration structures and «benefits», the setting up of deferred remuneration plans, supplementary pensions, as well as all questions regarding the choice between a salaried or self-employed status and end of career questions.

Diane is the co-author of a book on the special tax regime of expatriated managers in Belgium (September 2003) and another book on stock options (September 2005). She regularly participates as a speaker in conferences and has published several articles on different themes related to human resources tax.

Diane is a lawyer in the tax department and the «Employment» team of Loyens & Loeff.
