Sebastiaan van Dugteren (1974), senior associate, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He specialises in representing clients in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, particularly in private equity transactions and management buyouts. He is responsible for all aspects of domestic and international transactions, including structuring and financing.
