Hendrik van Druten (1964), attorney, is a member of the Corporate Law practice group. He has a broad practice varying from restructuring and corporate recovery work to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital market transactions including delistings and IPOs.
Hendrik is a member of the editorial board of the corporate law magazine 'Vennootschap & Onderneming'. He frequently lectures and writes on corporate law topics.
