Frank Dekker (1959), tax lawyer, is a member of the Employment Taxes and Employment Law practice group. He specialises in international tax law related to cross-border employment and in chain liability (subcontracting and hiring of personnel). He also focuses on employment relations and provides assistance in wage tax audits and disputes with the Revenue.

Frank contributes annually to Loyens & Loeff publications, such as 'Employment in the Netherlands'. He is an editor of the Euroforum publication Beloning & Belasting and a regular speaker at various seminars.
