Linda Dedrie is co-head of the Real Estate team in Brussels. She provides legal advice in relation to real estate transactions (sale, long term lease, right to build, leasing) and construction law (design & build, turnkey, architect and construction agreements). She further specialises in environment related issues with particular focus on the soil clean up legislation in the Flemish Region. She also advises companies in mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations. Linda Dedrie has a particular expertise in assisting clients with the development of industry sites for example in the port of Antwerp. In this respect she advises clients on site services and operation agreements and on the specific characteristics of the development of concession land (public domain). She represents clients before public authorities (such as permit granting authorities, Public Waste Company, port authorities, etc.).
Her clients are, amongst others, national and multinational industrial companies, project developers and real estate investors. Linda often speaks at seminars on real estate transactions and environmental guarantees. Linda is a Lecturer at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and she is a member of the Brussels bar with 20 years’ experience.
