Stefaan Deckmyn (1969), attorney, is a member of the Corporate law and M&A practice group in Brussels. He has been involved in numerous M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, for companies in Belgium and internationally. He advises on general corporate law matters and deals with private equity/venture capital issues.
Stefaan is a frequent speaker on corporate law topics at various conferences and seminars and is a member of the Brussels Bar, the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA).
