Bénédicte Deboeck works as counsel in Loyens & Loeff’s corporate litigation department. She has broad experience in domestic and international litigation in relation to civil law, contract law (including construction contracts), and commercial law. Bénédicte further specialises in domestic and international arbitration including national ad hoc arbitration, ICC arbitration, Cepani arbitration, AFA arbitration, and the enforcement and annulment of awards.

Bénédicte is a member of the Cepani-40 steering committee of Cepina (an association of young arbitration lawyers) and continues to tutor in legal methodology at the Free University of Brussels.
