Mark van Dam (1969), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, particularly leveraged buyouts, and in private equity fund formation. He has particular experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and international private equity fund formation. In additon to being a member of the Amsterdam Bar, Mark is a member of the New York Bar and practised as a New York lawyer at a leading American law firm in London and New York for six years.
