Wouter van Dalen (1947) is a tax lawyer (Rotterdam and Luxembourg offices) specialising in international tax matters for multinational groups. He is with Loyens & Loeff since 1971. He was partner for 20 years, member of the management committee and chaired the firm. He worked in Toronto (with McMillan, Binch) and in New York (with Shearman & Sterling). He is a member of IFA and IBA. He is of counsel to the firm since 2001.
