Marc Custers (1965), attorney, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. He specialises in EU law, competition law (merger control, anti-trust and state aid) and energy law. He has experience in proceedings before the European and Dutch courts, the Dutch Competition Authority and the Dutch Energy Regulator.

Marc is a member of the Netherlands Association for European Law, the Netherlands Association for Competition Law and the Netherlands Association for Energy Law. He has published various articles on competition law and energy law.
