Peter E.B. Corten (1966), attorney, is a partner in the Corporate practice group. He specialises in mergers & acquisitions and corporate law with a focus on (international) joint ventures, public M&A and equity capital markets. Peter has been involved in numerous public takeover and public-to-private transactions, including groundbreaking hostile and mandatory takeover bids. His equity capital markets engagements include IPOs on several international stock exchanges, secondary offerings and private placements. Peter also frequently acts in matters on large (international) alliances and joint ventures for clients across a range of sectors, such as real estate, telecom and energy.
Peter heads the corporate & banking practice of our London office. He regularly lectures and publishes on a number of corporate law and capital markets related matters. He is recommended by Chambers Global, Legal 500, IFLR and PLC Which Lawyer.
