Damien Conem (1975) is a counsel in our Corporate law and M&A department. Damien advises international and national clients in relation to multi-jurisdictions and cross-borders transactions in the areas of M&A (including private equity and regulated undertakings), corporate (re)structuring (outside insolvency) and equity capital markets.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff in 2008, Damien has practised with the Brussels office of a “Magic Circle” firm (since 2004) after having completed his traineeship at a major independent Belgian law firm.
