Philippe Chenu joined the corporate department of the Luxembourg office of Loyens & Loeff in 2008. He specializes in corporate law, corporate finance, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He advised major international companies and private equity firms on the structuring of international transactions, corporate re-organizations and the financing or re-financing of groups of companies.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Philippe practiced EC competition law for two years in the Brussels office of Jones Day. He is a member of the Brussels Bar and registered as a foreign lawyer in Luxembourg.
