Thierry Charon (1962), tax adviser, is chairman of the Indirect tax practice group and member of the Real estate and Automotive practice groups in Brussels. He is specialised in VAT, customs and excise duties, and is involved in real estate transactions, international trade, the automotive sector, the finance sector (securitisations, holdings, investment funds), as well as the energy sector.
Thierry is frequently called on to speak at seminars concerning VAT. He is a member of the VAT Club and the Global Legal Customs Association and author of a number of published works in his field.
