Ariane Brohez (1978), attorney (senior), practices in the general tax practice group and in the real estate team.

She advises national and international companies and investment funds on tax issues relating to investment management, mergers and acquisitions, holding and financing structures. She is regularly involved in real estate transactions, managing the deal from the initial offer until closing, including the tax and legal aspects of acquisition of real estate (share deal or asset deal), portfolio transactions, real estate development (project management agreement and PPP) and real estate financing.

Ariane is a member of the Brussels Bar and of the International Bar Association (IBA).
