Henk Breeman (1957), attorney, is chairman of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. He specialises in administrative law, generally, and spatial planning law, in particular. Other areas in which he is involved include economic administrative law (regulated markets) and (un)lawful governmental action. The overlapping area of public/private law is also one of his specialist areas. He advises and litigates in administrative matters for governmental authorities and large companies. He has worked at the Raad van State (the highest Dutch authority for public law matters) for almost 10 years.
Henk is a member of various professional organisations, the International Bar Association and the Administrative Law Committee of the Supervisory Committee of the Rotterdam Bar Association. He teaches internal and external courses, speaks at conferences and publishes articles in journals.
