Stéphane Braun, is a senior associate who joined the Banking & Finance department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in August 2010.
Stéphane has expertise in capital markets transactions, including issues of debt and equity securities, structured finance, securitisations and repackagings, and in cross-border banking transactions including syndicated lending, leveraged acquisition finance and debt restructuring.
Stéphane also has a significant experience in regulatory matters relating to the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Stéphane spent almost seven years in an international leading law firm in Luxembourg with two secondments, one in the London office of that law firm and a second one in a major Luxembourg based bank.
Stéphane was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003 and the Luxembourg Bar in 2009.
