Jeroen van den Brande (1966), attorney, is chairman of the Technology, Media and Litigation practice group. He specialises in information and telecommunications law and intellectual property. He has broad experience in international license agreements, e-commerce, IT contracts, outsourcing and distribution agreements and has gained considerable procedural experience working for various courts and the independent post and telecommunications authority.
