Geert Bogaert, attorney, is a partner in the Commercial Law department. He is also in charge of the Automotive Team and Marketing Law Team of the Brussels office. Geert has gained broad experience in commercial law and advises his Belgian and international clients in distribution law, and in motor vehicle distribution in particular. In this respect, he advises several manufacturers and importers in litigation with their distributors, on the reorganisation of their networks and on the drafting of their contracts.

Geert is vice-president of the Belgo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and actively works with several non-profit organisations. He is also deputy judge at the Brussels Commercial Court since 1989. He has authored several publications on distribution law, competition law and intellectual property law.

Geert is a member of the Brussels bar.
