Arco C.P. Bobeldijk (1973), tax lawyer, is a member of the general Tax practice group. He mainly advises domestic and foreign-listed firms, as well as privately owned companies, on mergers and acquisitions and corporate structure. In the case of privately owned companies, he is involved in advising the shareholders. He also focuses on transactions between the Netherlands and Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Arco is a lecturer at the University of Utrecht, is a regular speaker at seminars and has written numerous articles on thin capitalisation, hybrid financing and other tax-related subjects. He is a regular contributor to two Dutch leading (fiscal) publications.
