Mirjam Berg (1959), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. She specialises in company and labour law. Before joining Loyens & Loeff in 2003, she practised at another Dutch law firm in Paris for 17 years. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1992 (having been “conseil juridique” from 1986 to 1992). She is also a lecturer at the Tours Law School, where she is in charge of the Master II courses international contract drafting and labour law.
