Jeroen A.M. ten Berg (1952), civil law notary, specialises in the field of corporate law. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, he worked for several years at an international firm of lawyers and civil-law notaries.
Jeroen is a senior lecturer in "corporate law" at the Grotiusopleiding as well as senior lecturer in the vocational training for civil-law notaries (Stichting Beroepsopleiding Notariaat). He lectures regularly on various company law-related topics.
