Sidney Berendsen (1967), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. He advises and litigates in corporate law disputes, such as director’s liability, disputes between shareholders and proceedings with the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeals. He further specialises in professional liability for attorneys at law and notaries.
Sidney is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association.
