Remco J.G. Bäcker (1976), attorney, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. He specialises in environmental and spatial planning law (the law of the physical environment), general administrative procedure law, construction law, and the overlapping area between public/private law and rental law. He advises project developers, investors, contractors, various government authorities and housing corporations.

Remco is a member of the Association for Construction Law, the Association of Real Property attorneys and the Association for Administrative Law. He is also a member of the Appeals and Objection Committee of the municipality of Zoetermeer and a member of the German Desk. He teaches internal and external courses.
