Esther van As (1974), deputy civil law notary, is a member of the Corporate and Real Estate practice groups. She specialises in advising national and international companies on mergers, demergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and restructurings. She also advises individuals on estate planning.

Esther has been a member of the board of the Association of Estate Planners in the Notarial Profession (EPN) since November 2005 and is a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil Law Notaries (KNB).
