Renée Alberts (1964), attorney, is a member of the Corporate practice group. She specialises in international corporate law transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management buyouts, venture capital and private equity. She also has experience in international trade and commodity transactions. She was previously a director of one of South Africa's leading law firms and also worked for several years as senior in-house counsel at a leading multinational.
