Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg announces changes to its Management Committee effective July 1, 2011.
Jean-Pierre Winandy has announced his retirement from the Management Committee of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg, which he has chaired since October 2008. He will nevertheless continue to practice as the partner in charge of the Tax Law Department, which he has headed since 2003.
From 1 July 2011 the new Management Committee will consist of Véronique Hoffeld and Pieter Stalman.
Véronique Hoffeld joined Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in September 2009 as local partner in charge of the office’s Commercial Law & Litigation Department.
Pieter Stalman, who previously headed Loyens & Loeff’s Tokyo and Eindhoven offices, joined the Luxembourg office’s ‘Tax Law Department in June 2007.
The new Management Committee will continue the initiatives undertaken during the last three years which have enabled the office to develop its activities.

Me Jean-Pierre Winandy annonce son retrait du Comité de Gestion de Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg qu’il présidait depuis octobre 2008. Il continuera néanmoins ses fonctions d’associé en tant que responsable du département du droit fiscal qu’il dirige depuis 2003.
A partir du 1er juillet 2011, le nouveau Comité de Gestion sera composé de Me Véronique Hoffeld et Pieter Stalman.
Véronique Hoffeld a rejoint le cabinet en septembre 2009 en tant qu’associée locale en charge du département “Droit Commercial & Contentieux” au sein du cabinet.
Pieter Stalman, anciennement en charge des bureaux Loyens & Loeff de Tokyo et de Eindhoven, a rejoint le département Droit fiscal du bureau de Luxembourg en juin 2007.
Le nouveau Comité de Gestion poursuivra les actions entreprises au cours de ces trois dernières années qui ont permis le developpement des activités du cabinet.
