The team pools its extensive knowledge of the public transport market with its considerable expertise in areas such as procurement law, real estate, government law, corporate/labour law and tax law. In this way, it offers integrated legal and tax advice on a very wide range of public transport and mobility-related issues.

The Public Transport and Mobility Team celebrates its kick-off with a free seminar in cooperation with the Public Transport Law Association (Vereniging Publiek Vervoerrecht) on 3 June.

The theme of this afternoon seminar is: Should the public transport infrastructure be free? If not, who should pay for it, what should they pay for, and how much should it cost?
