Loyens & Loeff Belgium has been chosen as Belgium Tax Firm of the Year by the tax magazine International Tax Review. Based on criteria such as size of the firm, innovative ideas, and complexity of cases handled, Loyens & Loeff was found to be the best firm for tax advice in Belgium.

The firms that took part in the awards submitted at least three examples of cases handled in the period spanning February 2009 to February 2010. The International Tax Review's editorial board reviewed this information and other existing background information on the firms and compiled a shortlist of five candidates. Then, having consulted with with a panel of prominent tax managers, the International Tax Review announced its choice of Loyens & Loeff as Belgium Tax Firm of the Year.
