Guido Derckx and Herman Kaemingk, both partner at Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam, were named Best M&A Tax Advisor and Best M&A Lawyer Mid Market at the annual presentation of the Dutch M&A Awards on Thursday, December 17 2009.

Kaemingk, a member of the Corporate practice group, won the award for Best M&A Lawyer Mid Market for the third time. For Derckx, a member of the Tax practice group, this is the second time he has won the award for Best M&A Tax Advisor.

The winners of the M&A Awards were elected by a group of influential professionals who have worked in the field of M&A, corporate finance and/or private equity for at least ten years and who are involved in the largest and most attractive deals.
